The Management of the „BRINTONS AGNELLA” ltd., with its seat in Białystok, kindly informs that starting from January 5th, 2017 the company under the name „BRINTONS AGNELLA” Spółka Akcyjna with its seat in Białystok has been transformed to limited company under the name ,,BRINTONS AGNELLA” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its seat in Białystok.

Taking into account above mentioned we would like to inform that as result of transformation the following changes occur:

1/ legal form, it means company’s name which now is: „BRINTONS AGNELLA” Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its seat in Białystok

2/ KRS No. (National Court Register number) : 0000657107

Another company’s data, especially address, NIP and REGON number, bank account numbers, are still the same.
